it fast, with great

Getting Started
Our relationship begins with a free consultation on your project that addresses estimated fees, timeframe and how we’ll work together to get your copy done right. Work does not begin without a signed Services Agreement and 30% retainer fee.

The purpose of the Services Agreement is two fold. First, it spells out all project elements and what DunneWrite will do for you, when, and at what price. This is to make sure we’re on the same page from the start. Second, it shows us that the project really does matter to you, and that you’re serious about using DunneWrite copywriting and editing services to get the results you want. Retainer fees are standard industry practice; however, I’ll consider other payment options.

Invoicing
The final invoice is sent within one week after your receipt of final copy, payable net 30 days. Invoicing is monthly for long term projects. Payments received after 30 days of invoice date are subject to a late charge of 1.5%.

Errors and Omissions
I take pride in my work and value my reputation for excellence. That’s why I make every effort to ensure that copy is free of errors and omissions. Nevertheless, I can’t guarantee this. Ultimately, you are responsible for the final product. How your project appears in its final form reflects on your business. It is recommended that you review all copy thoroughly before committing it to production.
