Knowledgeable, meticulous proofreading services
Spelling and grammar mistakes reflect poorly on your professional image. And although spell checkers can highlight glaring errors, they can’t catch (or correct) everything.

Spell checker short falls
Spell checkers don’t distinguish between homophones – words that sound the same but have different meanings and spellings (like “where” and “ware” or “too” and “to”). Nor do they highlight words that are spelled right but are wrong in context – like the contraction “it’s” versus the possessive “its.” Although a spell checker flags sentence fragments, it can’t recommend alternative ways to write it.

Grammar and style matters
Delivering content that’s free of clunky sentences, misspelled words and poor grammar is important to the credibility of your message and brand. But you may not have the time or in-house skills to ensure that every piece of writing your audience sees is grammatically and stylistically polished.

That’s where I can help. A grammar whiz with a flare for how words should flow, I’ve proofread lengthy and detailed communications like fact-filled clinical trial materials and course catalogs.  I can proofread your print and electronic communications to catch any errors before your customers do, and present your business in the best possible light.
